These terms apply to rydgeconstruction.com, run by JMA Exteriors LLC doing business as RYDGE Construction (“RYDGE,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
This site is information, not a contract
What you read here is general information about our services and how we work. It isn’t a quote, an offer, or a promise of a particular price, schedule, material, or result. Every project starts with a look at your home and a written estimate.
Work begins only under a written contract signed by you and by us, as Pennsylvania’s Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act requires. That contract sets the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty, and your right to cancel. If anything on this site differs from your contract, the contract controls. Sending the project form doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to anything.
Insurance claims
We document storm damage, meet your adjuster at the house, and help you understand the scope. We’re a contractor, not a public adjuster or a lawyer: we don’t negotiate your claim for you, and your insurance company alone decides what it covers and pays. We don’t promise that a claim will be approved, how much it will pay, or anything about your deductible.
Registration, warranties, and financing
Our Pennsylvania home improvement contractor registration, PA HIC #PA155513, can be checked on the Attorney General’s registration search. Manufacturer certifications and product warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own requirements. Our workmanship warranty is the one written in your contract. Financing, when we offer it, comes from a third-party lender and is subject to that lender’s approval and terms. We aren’t a lender.
Photos and content
The text, photos, logo, and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Some project photos show work completed as JMA Exteriors, before the RYDGE rebrand. You’re welcome to share links to our pages. Please don’t copy or reuse our text or photos for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site. That means no automated scraping or bulk form submissions, no attempts to break into or disrupt the site, no false information in the form, and nothing unlawful.
Other websites
Links to other websites, such as a lender, a manufacturer, or a government search, are there for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
The website “as is”
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will always be available, free of errors, or up to date, and, to the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the website. This section is about the website only. It doesn’t limit any warranty in your contract or any right you have under Pennsylvania consumer protection law.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using this website or being unable to use it. Nothing here limits our responsibilities under a contract for work on your home.
Pennsylvania law
These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Any dispute about this website will be decided in the state courts in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it’s posted here with a new date.
